Upload '23 RTTS from the Cloud

Has anyone had any luck getting their '23 RTTS player uploaded to '24 via the cloud? I have tried several times to upload my '23 player and on the screen in '23 it shows my last upload, but '24 says there are no files available.
Anybody have any suggestions or is this to be fixed in a coming patch?

To my knowledge, year to year saves aren't supported anymore.

.... Then what's the point of RTTS if you can't carry it year to year?

To create a new ballplayer every year, but like I said above it hasn't been a thing since at least 21
