It's not just gender that's getting mangled here.

5th AB of a game, got commentary about "she" having a chance at a rare 5 HR game. With maybe 3 on the scorecard.

Hit an 8th inning HR. When coming up again in the 9th, Commenary about me was how "She" came through clutch with a grand slam. Had all of 3 RBI at that point.

It's weirdest when they switch midsentence, so it's something like "She's 2-4 on the night, after he hit that home run last inning."

Did you assign your CAP the wrong gender at creation?

I literally had to smash my fingers with a hammer to lay off these last two posts but there’s some juicy untapped mischief here

I’ve also noticed that the text in Franchise Mode now uses gender neutral pronouns (they instead of he/she).
Surely it’s not too difficult to substitute “she” for “he” into the text when a female player is detected.
