The USA conquest map is never full of packs. It's more players you can earn. Maps only get good around the All Star break

I had forty packs after capturing all non strongholds on us map. The others were on par with last year's ta maps.

The US Conquest gives you like 50 packs and 9 players or something like that. What more do you want? This is the only sports game that gives you free stuff for doing nothing but playing the game and people still complain that its not enough.
