Foul Pole Glitch

I've played about 20 ranked games now and I've seen this happen about four times now, the ball hits off the foul pole which any logical baseball fan knows is a home run...except all the times it's hit it the ball is still in play somehow. I don't know if anyone else has seen this happen but I just played a game in which I was down by 1 in the 9 and hit a ball off the foul pole and the ball was still apparently in play.

It happened to me yesterday. I stopped running cause I thought it was a homerun.

I have a video clip of a foul pole HR that landed and gave me a triple. Glad it wasnt just me.
