Ohtani Rule home run derby/ Allstar

Does anyone know if you can be in the home run derby this year as a two way player? I love that they changed it so you can hit in the games you pitch but I want to hit in the home run derby. I like being a 2 way player but last year I was leading in HR and no home run derby invitation.
And also if you don’t get selected to the all star game as a starting pitcher, but your hitting is elite, you wouldn’t make the all star game either. Just wondering if anyone has made it far enough to see if they changed this.
