Major Issues with Software on the Switch

During online play I'm lucky to get a single game played. Is anyone else experiencing this issue on the Switch? Any recommendations on what I can do (if any) to fix this issue. As soon as my opponent is going to switch his pitcher from the bullpen the software has an issue and shuts down. Surely Im not the only one experiencing this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated!
