Notice how hard it is to obtain a response to anything from the powers that be on this forum. But they got plenty of time to lock up discussion that is negative about the shoooo. ????

You want to know where their focus is, the bug report page, if theres an issue go there.
They will only respond if they need more info on a problem but they will see it and start working on it. -
I only see one locked post regarding server issues and that was closed when they announced that it was back online.
Are you meaning deleted threads?
If so, then I would say that they are plenty of critical threads on this forum complaining about the game. So if something got deleted then maybe it wasn't because the poster was critical but how they chose to express that criticism.
