Too easy to throw runners out from the OF

Is anyone else experiencing this? I’m a CF in RTTS. Every time a ball gets hit in the outfield, no matter it be a runner tagging up or a runner trying to get extra bases, it always seems like it’s way too easy to throw them out. I’ve been playing for about 3 hours now and I’m not exaggerating when I say, I’ve thrown 30 runners out. Is there a way to fix this?
