1. Is there a way to increase this difficulty in trades? Some players should be untouchable? Also you can trade expensive players and then get them back on waiver claims. Can this be changed?
2. Also is it possible to look at the ratings of the coaches and make them a little more realistic? How are these ratings done?
3. Can players ratings specifically pitchers be tied onto fangraphs ratings.
   I play as the Rays. My coaching staff is terrible in the game and my pitchers don't throw the pitches they throw in real life.
   Examples: Kyle Snyder is a terrible "D" pitching coach....
   Taj Bradley throws a cutter around 40% of the time and it is not listed.

I can only address #3 which is Taj Bradley not having a cutter. When they make players that have never thrown a pitch in the majors they probably don’t really have anything to go off of. They don’t add pitches to the 2023 live series cards off 2024 performance but his 2024 card should better reflect him as a player.
