Co-op road to the show?

I want RTTS to be Co-op so a friend and I can bat back-to-back and play next to each other in the field. Its 2024 how is this not a thing already?

Cause that would take away from playing DD

People like me don't get that excited about DD, its just not that fun to me.

From what I’ve read about bugs in RTTS I’m not sure them making it Co-Op would work particularly well.
