What is the secret to uploading created stadiums?

I have a stadium I created, and it won't upload to my vault for the life of me. I've left the game three times and went back in. I rebooted my XBX. I've tried to access it on my PS5 - and it doesn't even see the stadium (it sees old versions of the stadium I've saved, but not my current version).

What is the secret to uploading a stadium? Do I need to let it set for a certain period of time? Is there a review period? What is it?

File handling in Stadium Creator is very clunky. There must be a better way. Regardless, I'd like to be able to upload my stadium.

Edit: Well, never mind, I guess. I went into Settings > File Management and poked around under those menus and then went back into Stadium Creator and my stadium uploaded right away. Weird.
