It was probably from an old pack, like the Kaiju Masataka, or maybe an Event reward.
Thus why I think they NEED to put more older packs in the Show Shop. Especially the Kaiju and Pre Order Captains packs

It’s in the old articles if he’s inclined to go through them all. Won’t help him much. Figured I’d lead him to how to find the location on the cards since I “stalked” his profile and saw he was new to the forum.

I believe he was in the packs for the Kaiju takeover, along with Altuve, Yoshida, Polanco, Cepeda and Varsho

Alcantara, Yoshida, and Hoffman are all out of control on price and you can’t find them in ANY packs or earn them in events.Are we ever gonna get a flash sale or 2x points again this year??
Flash sales were VERY rare this year. Think they had 2.

Between that, the amount of no sell rewards, and the best cards being in chase packs the motive this year was pretty clear.
Spend those stubs by any means necessary.

@NWOStunna I think you missed a few flash sales. I was looking for something on their Facebook page. They did a flash sale every month of the season. They did one in November as well.
