Scouting Report Pack is delivered to active Scouting Report subscribers the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
You must have an MLB The Show Account and have your platform linked. So if you play on PlayStation, you need to have your PlayStation account linked to your MLB The Show Account.
We typically have a cutoff the day before the day before the pack is delivered.

I received my email about the pack but didn’t receive my pack

I received the email and the pack but the card is completly gone now. Can't find it at all. My son's did the same thing. Odd.

Used the app on my phone to open this pack and it did not give me the second choice. When I started the game on the Xbox it had me resume my choices and all is good now. -

Yeah, I also signed up before the cutoff, received an email that the scouting report pack was available, but don’t see it in my inventory and have nowhere to claim it.

No. There is a cutoff each month to get the pack. Typically, the day before.
