I'm a few seasons into my MLB career and I noticed that more and more frequently, I'll be on a hot streak and then have one game where I go 0-3 or 0-4. When I select "Play Next Game" in the postgame menu, it'll come up with the message that the series is over and return to the clubhouse. My issue is that it'll sim 2 or 3 games in a series (usually resulting in a series loss) but still give me stats as though I started the simulated games.

It's especially frustrating when you're in a crucial postseason series and trying to gain ground. I don't sim series at all and have actually missed the playoffs already because it simulated ahead for 2 losses...but my player went 2-4 in the those games. Aside from being a massive pain in the a$$, is this a glitch? If I was benched for poor play, why would I still get 3 or 4 at-bats in a game that I don't play?

Definitely sounds like a bug that shouldn’t happen. Record some video of it happening with pre- and post-stats showing before and after, upload it to YouTube and then submit a bug report with the link and the description you’ve provided above. This will give the devs some evidence and hopefully get them onto a fix.

I wonder if it’s happening to everyone, I captured a clip showing that my RTTS player fielded without me, despite my fielding settings being set to all opportunities: https://youtu.be/DOlXNukjO2w (The Show 19).

So it’s definitely possible that it’s a bug.

I think it means they sat you for a game.

It's frustrating. My durability was 80+ and I was being sat (as a 99 ovr) once per series, including the game to last game of the year when I was in a race for the triple crown.

    It's annoying and stupid.
