Wow, there are a ton of 1M stub orders just in since yesterday for all the BR rewards and the 2 event rewards. Didn’t think that would happen for duplicate 99s but I was wrong. Hate when the game gets to the this point but it inevitably happens every year. Bummer.

As long as people can fairly easily horde that many stubs then there will always be million stub buy orders for the newest, highly desired cards when they are released.

I mean I can't horde that many stubs but apparently many can.

I just wish they would lower the cap to 500K. That’s plenty to pay for any single card in the game especially when you factor in the way quick sells were nuked years ago. I flip a fair amount and it’s still not enough when multiple cards are maxed out at 1M. Currently the majority of the new RS, BR, and event rewards have multiple 1M stub buy orders. As you said this just means the remaining player base has a ton of free stubs they are sitting on. It’s one thing if it’s for an end game Mike Trout but totally another when none of those cards mentioned above even sniff end game god squads and the prices become super inflated because the only people left playing online are the goons that casuals have no interest in getting destroyed by game after game. The market is officially monopolized and that is not a good thing for most of the players clinging on to whatever is left. To each their own but I think it’s eye opening and discouraging all at the same time.
