When I have 3 hours available I’ll do it so they can toss a pack of 3 silver cards at me as a reward for my time.

It didn't take me all that long to do it. It was actually pretty quick. I could have done it quicker if I wouldn't have left such long comments.

It only takes about 10-15 minutes (depending how much you want to say).
I know they don't listen, but it felt nice to get out some of the frustrations I've had with the game this year. -
They don’t want me doing it today as glitchy as the server has been for me today. I might swear in the survey and get myself banned.

Man.. im good. I did all the surveys up till this point. I hardly play anymore now. I thought I'd play this last event with tatis and bell as the rewards but i couldn't even do that one. Game is just boring right now and i don't think anything is going to change it atm

They need to know that and why. You have more of a reason to give them direct feedback than some others.
