Outs not showing correctly?

I've noticed it will just randomly show one out until the end of the inning. It's just confusing when to go for double play or what not. It's frustrating how this isn't fixed already. Forget the other stuff this stuff is just basic baseball game play info. Jeez.

Sometimes when I go deep I just have the home run notification flashing until I pause.
