Battle Royal Issue - didn’t receive 12-0 banner

So I just went flawless, 12-0 for the first time. I didn’t receive a banner. I really wouldn’t care, but it would nice to have for the GOAT collection. Has anyone else had this issue? Am I missing something?

Congrats man. I have gotten 12 wins on events a few times but I top out 10-0 in BR at best. I am just too inconsistent to get that lucky in later games
