Are they ever going to address this
PlayStation and Xbox should be back to normal. Looks like there's some weird stuff going on with Switch still - we're aware and looking into it.

Did you do the update? If you did and have the problem I’d put in a ticket.
Did they push an update for other consoles besides the Switch?

Yes. I updated my PS5 and the Switch games this morning. The XBox must have downloaded the update internally because there wasn't a download and install when I turned it on. I think it sits idle to update automatically.

I wonder if Blizzard uses the same servers (not machines, but companies) as Sony and Microsoft. Google or Amazon...those are the two largest providers.
Edit: found it. The main servers are through Amazon (AWS). Battlenet (Blizzard) hosts their own and leases out their servers to other companies too). So, it's not a common (same company) server problem.

Back in 2020 we waited 2 months and got nothing, just be happy you can play again.
Sorry if that sounds harsh and i do sympathize with you switch players but expecting something from SDS at this point is riddiculus,
