If SDS is probably not going to fix the issue of being unable to progress the CAPs base attributes, they should make an update where all CAPs previously created or newly created CAPs base attributes should be at 50.

I am not playing this years game, but since they literally didn't fix it for the entire real world season they should actually max them all out. Anyone who legitimately didn't play online and purchased for RTTS only got a total rip off and should get a full refund.
