I love how I can't use my favorite players 99 card

Being a Phillies fan be nice if I could use my 99 Harper card SDS. I can't wild card him because I have JT as the wildcard . His core card has been nerfed so that really doesn't work. If captains were Core that would solve the problem and I could wild card Harper . Genius I know.
Such a joke that my team has gotten worse not better.
If this set [censored] is in the game next year I'll still buy the game for co op with real teams with buddy and online rated but DD will be even more sweaty than it is now because casuals ain't gonna bother playing it.

Why can't you use him as a wild card when playing online? Of course, offline you can use him in a lot of places.

Also funny that they said theme teams would be a big focus. I have used one since day 1. Have play over 200 games. I think I have seen one or two . What's that tell ya ?

You can't have 2 favorites. (You can have 2+ cards you like, but only one FAVORITE.)
So which is your favorite: JT or Bryce?
Use that one. Done.

I almost always use a theme team . But yeah I think captains should be core . I'm not as mad at the sets and seasons as some are but I think it can be improved.

But, the way things are going, we are going to be able to field a complete theme team with Captain cards in season 6.

I wonder if they are going to add different captains for season 5 and or 6. Monthly awards(using cards from every month), Milestone, Signature, Kaiju, etc...

Most team based theme squads have gotten weaker since Set 3 started. I have been complaining about that for a while now.

They added new captains each new season/set/TA release.. outside of the Live Series captains from collections that are CORE... that's why the TA Captains aren't CORE.
