I was maybe 60-70 games into my rookie MLB season, and I had “back soreness” that I got pulled from a game. The on screen blurb said I was injured and would have to sit out a few games. It loads me back to the menu, and I wasn’t injured at all. I’ve played every day since then but the game will not allow me to play consecutive games. At the end of each game, it forces me to load back into the menu and start the next game in the season. It’s been like this for a week of games and I don’t know how to fix it.
Anybody experience this and have a fix?
I have tried exiting the mode and restarting game/console, let it sit for a day and came back, nothing so far has worked. It basically is ending my desire to play it having to load into the menus every game and go through all the buttons and post game “ratings” boxes

It might be they are just keeping you from reinjuring your player. Have you tried just continuing forward for a couple of weeks and saved it? I can't tell from your description if you have saved after playing the game.

Sometimes RTTS gets wonky. in 2021 my left handed hitting and throwing first baseman got the call to the majors and was put at second base. Despite literally not being able to turn a double play they kept me there for the duration of my career, despite running a turnstile of horrible first basemen in the franchise.

Hopefully you are just being slowly worked back into an everyday player.
