Can’t Add Free Agents - Invalid Roster Full Error

Playing ‘23. Can’t sign free agent due to roster is currently full, but I already released players. 39 players on 40-man roster, 25 of 26 on mlb roster. Is this a bug?

Do you still have 93 total players listed on your franchise?

I do, yes. While 40 man roster is 39, total is 93.

40-man: 39
MLB: 25/26
AAA: 27/26
AA: 26/26
A: 15

I know I have to rebalance minors, but sounds like I need to release/DFA 1 from the total? (guess the roster check is overall vs 40-man)
