Number Retirement CQ issue

When I go into my bullpen to put in a new pitcher, the game freezes on that screen.

I had the same issue. So I had to leave the starter in with zero stamina.

I haven't had that happen to me yet - but I've only played the A's so far.

To be fair, in the top of the second, I pinch ran for my 1B. Then when the inning was over, I swapped my DH for my 1B (losing my DH) and then went into the bullpen screen and put in my reliever.
