Every time I try to load into a game, as soon as it says opponent found it comes up with challenge failed on the screen and won’t let me play a game. It’s only for ranked seasons. Please help me fix this problem!

Same issue for the past two days!! Extremely frustrating, I have tried so many solutions, but none seem to work. Someone smarter than me please help!!

I am having the same issue with MLB The Show 19 on PS4; I am getting a Login Failed error rather than a Challenge Failed error, however I believe them to be the same problem. I uploaded a video to YouTube which details the issue, which you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PGHTPfW9sE

Just to follow up on my previous post; the most frustrating thing is that customer service at SDS doesn't help out at all. You'll likely receive a generic response from a rep named Miguel, asking you to change some ports when this is NOT an internet issue! I've had the problem over a month now, I know some players have had it more than two months... but more and more people are starting to experience it. I suspect it's some form of glitch with certain MLB accounts that's locking us out from the servers entirely. Either way; your best bet is to go through PSN Support and hopefully enough of us can report the issue that they turn their attention towards it.
