Events Wrong Card Pick

Hello I looked around Reddit and forums about this issue but found the support takes forever to respond but most of these are from 2022 or 2021. So basically I spent my life and got the 40 wins. Been wanting the Snellzilla card but accidentally got the Jonah Heims card. I emailed them but im getting nervous because the event is about to end and idk how long they’ll take. So im just wondering how long and will they help me. Thank you

I wouldn't get my hopes up tbh. On a side note, and I know you're bummed out so don't take it the wrong way, but how on earth do you pick a wrong card if you were really looking forward to 1 specific card?

Submit your ticket, explaining the issue of the wrong choice in the choice pack, and although it may take a while, they should resolve your issue. Many on the forum have had the same issue be resolved. Best of luck!

It was stupid. I basically saw the marketplace value on the card and it had 200,000 and I thought I can pick it up and sell it get my card and make a bit of stubs but of course i forgot I can’t sell it. And it never told me until after I picked the card up so now I’m just sitting with it

You’ve displayed excellent character, partner, simply by admitting that. I did this selfsame thing with May TN Dauri Moreta card within 3 days of purchasing the game and simply had to eat it and finish the program using the collection. I never heard a word back but that doesn’t mean that you won’t. I just wish I at least had a good reason for it like you did, instead of just thinking, “ooh, I like that dude”…except I did it twice and probably only a few hours apart if I’m being honest.
But, as Gandalf said to Merry regarding his rather ill fated pilfering of the Palantir, “…the burned hand teaches best. After that advice about fire goes to the heart.”

If it was a mistake where you picked it because you thought you could sell it, they probably will not fix it TBH.
