Controller not working FIX

During Co-op diamond dynasty games my controller would not work after starting the game. It would only happen sometimes which i didn’t understand. One game i decided to unplug my wireless headset usb and it told me my controller disconnected but it was still on. I decided to plug in my controller with a usb and use an old headset i had that was wired. worked perfectly fine. just wanted to let some of y’all that may be having the same issues as me know there may be a solution.
