Sorry if I missed this...

How far are you advancing during your first turn? I beat all of the "NL West Strongholds", but am debating how far to go before reinforcing. What did you guys do?

Beat the reds on your first turn, then steal fans from someone on all star. Next few games should be available on veteran.

I beat the whole thing in 4 turns. After the first 4 games most of my games were on all star.

I also didn't steal any fans. Just reinforce once you can no longer play the cpu on allstar or lower.

Edit: actually, I think I used the 5th turn to reinforce before playing the final 2 games against the Rays.

You'll sim the last hex if you are truly extreme.
