Stubs and equipment gone

Yesterday while playing RTTS all my stubs and equipment disappeared. My stats dropped mid game and everything was gone. I have looked all over the site but don't see where the option to submit a ticket is. Only support I see takes me to the PS site which I know they will tell me to contact the game devs. Any ideas?

Did you figure it out? Sounds like you just temporarily lost connection is all. I hope that’s all it was.
