I don't understand this thinking. If they suck at the game, then what does it matter what park you play at, you should beat them. It is only one game and you have the option to block the other player if they are toxic. Personally I enjoy seeing what folks put together and it adds an element of individual style to the games. There should definitely be parameters and I believe there is for taking a stadium online.

I don't understand this thinking. If they suck at the game, then what does it matter what park you play at, you should beat them. It is only one game and you have the option to block the other player if they are toxic. Personally I enjoy seeing what folks put together and it adds an element of individual style to the games. There should definitely be parameters and I believe there is for taking a stadium online.
There is no individual style. They are using stadiums others built. 2ft walls at 290 distance on the moon isn’t fun. You are adding a complete element of luck. And if you know you are playing at a BS field you can set your team up that way. Either way you are a weak player that I guarantee loses when you play on real fields. Shouldn’t be allowed.

I am not a fan of them at all for online play, but I know that isn't going to change. They completely change the way the game is played and in my opinion it creates a very annoying style of play. I do feel that most of the time the better player still wins, but I do think games take crazy unrealistic turns much more often in CAP stadiums than MLB/MILB parks.

Aw I got ya. I never paid attention to the create a stadium thing much, didn't know they could share. Shouldn't be in ranked agreed but they should be in the game for folks to enjoy.

Wouldn’t it be hitting because most stadiums are short walls with max elevation? It sounds like you’re the one that’s bad at pitching.. and looking at your record and average hitting as well..

I agree…Online play should be at MLB parks alone. I don’t care about offline grinding or playing with friends but ranked should be MLB parks only. You know who is 2nd on my team in homers? Steven Kwan…Because he has an excellent swing & 3/4 of the time my opponent picked some eye sore of a park with the highest max elevation so the ball carries. That is ridiculous that he’s banging homers like this lol. It’s just not a realistic experience.

I agree with that. I’ve created a park myself. It’s fun. But the little league ballparks on the moon aren’t fun when I’m trying to play a ranked game.

You’re right I think you suck at every aspect of the game if you choose those parks.
I’m assuming this post was made based on the 13-5 loss at Costco, now I will agree Costco should not be possible as an online stadium. Blame SDS for that but you lost 9-1 outhit 15-4 at truist. Trust me when I say custom stadiums are not the reason you’re losing lol
Custom stadiums aren’t going anywhere and that’s a good thing. Do they need to refine the restrictions yea they do but they’re not going to take them out of the game.

More XP as more runs are scored (sometimes triples what you would in a low scoring game)
Easier to get PXP for players as it’s online play, x1.5 is it?
More entertaining games. I would rather lose 15-10 than 3-1.I play at Costco. And I love it. Even 7 runs down I know I still got a chance.

I find them annoying for ranked as well. Other modes not as big of a deal but ranked it does bug me. The one exception is when I run in to someone using one of these little league stadiums and then they quit when I hit a few HRs in the top of the 1st. Makes me laugh every time. You chose this joke of a stadium and then you quit because I scored a few runs!

I think they need to be better at regulating them, some people make beautiful stadiums or classic stadiums that should be used online, I think they need to figure how to allow creativity in stadiums to be used online, but not allow for the clown show ones, have some better and more restrictive online standards.
