Two way player dh while hitting

Sorry if this has already been spoken about, but I can’t seem to find it in the forum. I noticed today that Ohtani can DH and pitch in the same game. Is their a way for my player to do that? He’s the best hitter in the lineup and I tend to not win games due to my squad scoring 0 runs.

I'm a closer and I thought that would let me play third pretty much full time and I've finished two seasons not eligible for awards because I don't meet the minimum requirements at either position. Very frustrating and they only need to allow lineup edits to fix it. If this was the plan for rtts they should have done away with 2 way players. Side note can I get my player to be a starting pitcher at any point? I like closing but it results in too few innings or at bats
