I was getting same error. Search your stadium, there's a good chance it uploaded.

I'm having the same issue. I finally got a PS 5 on Friday and was excited to try out some of the created stadiums. I watched a bunch of YouTube videos to understand the process and followed the directions to the letter, and yet I can't get past the "Failed to upload" message even though I am online and signed in --
