Created Player - Max Rating?

Created a C, chose Balance Focus (89 base) and used diamond equipment to max his skills... what would this player be rated out of 99? Is there a known formula to determine this? I compared him with Posey 99, Posey is a superior hitter against lefties and way more clutch, but Created C is way more powerful vs righties, better defender all around and is also significantly faster. He must be a 99 overall, no?
