I’ve had same error for two weeks now. Here’s potential solutions I was given but was told if below didn’t work I’d have to wait for a game update. 1) sign in/out of your online gamer profile. 2) power cycle reset your game console. 3) clear game cache by going to settings>manage add one>delete smaller save files (don’t worry game is cloud based, you won’t lose any dynasty items) 4) reset your router/modem 5) uninstall and reinstall the game. 6) if all else fails we have to pound sand or go grind on another game. Which I’ve had to do for two weeks now. Every other game mode works-so not in complete withdrawal, but experience is definitely not the same when my roster is locked. Oh ya conquest game mode doesn’t work either. Says I need 8 relief pitchers. But I can’t go to my roster to manage l. Lol….just maddening. Best wishes out there. If anyone has anything different that works, let me know.
