Hey, Does anyone know if the attribute cap for velo, break and ctrl is still at 37?

I haven't tried in weeks, but last I checked, it was capped at 37. I have seen posts where ppl say they have gotten it up to 40.

Haven’t been able to play the game because of this nonsense, don’t even want to play it as a position player either because secondary positions don’t seem to work as well. How is this stuff not fixed??
