Anyone not get there head start? If so how do I get it? I never received it

If you were loaded into DD when the new program dropped, you didn't get it. There are hundreds of thousands of us. Open a ticket and hope for the best.

You have to back out of DD for it to appear... I was on "0" stubs because my order to get "Tom Terrific"/Tom Seaver Incognito went through and when I backed out and reentered DD I had my 5k stubs from the Head Start.

That's not for most people. It's been 3 days since the new program launched, I assume most of us have loaded into the game at least twice since then.
The issue is being loaded into DD when the program drops, they have no idea how to fix it.
Open a ticket and hope for the best. BTW, this issue is the first option in the drop down box when you open a ticket. It happened to A LOT of people.
