Deserving players get left off the roster every year. I am not saying he will be left off but with Ohtani already a starter and Trout leading phase two voting Angels will already have two players on the AL squad.
With Texas having 4 players in the lead for starting positions there will be a lot of teams that will not have any representatives and will take up a lot of spots.
Seriously, the way the vote is going the entire starting lineup for the AL could end up being
4 Rangers
2 Angels
2 Rays
1 Yankee -

1 Yankeereminder every team gets 1 rep at minimum. Sure 4 rangers may start the game but that also may result in them not having any "bench" guys or pitchers (which as an aside the fans should be allowed to vote pitchers too for the starter). The "snubs" will likely come from when we need to include players that play in the central divisions or are on the team in Oakland that I am not 100% sure are actual major leaguers

I can’t imagine that this wouldn’t pay dividends for them so long as it wasn’t too cost prohibitive for SDS. It’s something very fun to think about I admit it. Imagine being up to bat with Pedro Cerrano and the opposing pitcher is throwing nothing but breaking balls (and why wouldn’t they? Ha) and all of the sudden he hits a blast because his juju meter was full

HhHa I named my ballplayer Pedro Cerrano last year, this year uis name is Ricky Vaughn even tho he is a cstcher lol
