Pitch speed online is determined by online internet speed

I'm on dsl and I'm hitting wayyyyy better on hof/legend why is that?
-
hmmm because you're riding dsl...homie?
-
This actually makes alot of sense. In previous years I had no problem hitting on HOF & this year I’m really struggling. I assumed it was just me hitting that “too old to play” mark but this is the first year I have Xfinity’s blast internet that is 3x as fast as in previous years.

Offline compared to online pitch speeds is all out of wack. You would think they should be the same across all modes but nope. Internet speed is hands down altering the ball speed on rs and sds knows it.

Been saying this for years. People say I use it as an excuse. It is very real.

Absolutely…Take BP on legend & it’s much slower than HOF online - MUCH!

So it shouldn't be same because of online factors. Ahhhhh ok so slower internet the better right?

You said they should be the same across all modes. So the CPU pitch speed when play conquest should mirror someone else on rank seasons when you are on the same difficulty?

The reason why online vs offline is wack is because when you play online, if you are playing all star it’s actually all star+. It says it In the game menus

Listen to the Rhinos

Yea because of internet advantages and disadvantages
-
No because of people’s talent being different than a programmed computer
-
Its all in your head ssammy

I always thought this was a conspiracy, but I’m questioning that now. I went from 100-200 mbps with no hitting issues to 900+ mbps and having tons of timing issues since moving. Same equipment, ball just looks like it’s 200mph now. Actually considering quitting.

This has been my experience as well. Ever since Xfinity upgraded my service, Pitches are just zooming by me.

You guys thought I was making this up. Now you know what I mean by not being fun. Just an FYI, it gets worse the less people that play. Game is usually very rough after August.
A few things people don't realize about me:
I don't care about wins and losses, I care about having fun.
I played baseball at a very high level and can see things in this game better than most.
I will be 54 this year and I don't have the focus or reflexes to go 150-10. That doesn't mean there aren't issues with connections. -
When Google fiber was first available I made the switch from cable internet thinking it would improve my online gaming overall. It did not. For some strange reason it made me worse in FPS games, prior to the switch I was always above average to pretty good with my k/d ratio and after the switch I struggled. A couple of years later I switched back to cable internet and actually got better than I was initially. I can't explain it
-
Well I guess I’ll play on wifi tonight to get less speed and see how that works for me, hopefully my opponent doesn’t deal with the BS I deal with when timing windows are all over the place
