Linking accounts

I made the move from PS4 to Xbox and I cannot seem to link accounts. I found the page I need to connect accounts but the link accounts button is unavailable by the XBOX logo. Can anyone explain this process or provide any help? Thank you

I have the same issue, which I wasn't aware of until I tried to claim twitch drop packs that I received. Twitch is requesting that I link my game account, and when I try to link my game account, I'm asked to connect to the mlb the show link, and then all that happens is that my twitch drop packs have refresh simple next to each pack without me being able to claim the twitch packs. I contacted support regarding the issue, and they told me that they would send the issue to a technical department to further look into the matter.
