What's up with fielding?

What's going with fielding? My pitcher can't field a slow roller that practically goes through him, hits up the middle my SS and 2B don't move, balls to the outfield gap cause my outfielders to freeze or run the wrong way momentarily, and my first baseman fields a ball a step away from the bag but tosses it to the pitcher anyway......this is all new weird garbage. Anyone else seeing this stuff?

I have seen that recently. Hits to any player and hit the dive button and they only dive foward. Lost a game cause a simple ground ball to second base the fielder misses it and then a routine ground ball to chipper to start the game ending double play he miss the ball and the after 2 erros comes the hit to end the game

SDS screwed up fielding this year cause they love hitting more than pitching and fielding. Off the wall defense is god awful cause some genius removed the off the wall ribbon online. Sometimes at a diving play, the fielder would walk rather than throw the ball.

I have written 2 or 3 posts on this exact subject and have had zero responses, nor has SDS weighed in on anything. But fielding is ridiculous. The statue-not-moving of infielders (good fielders, not out of position bad ones) on balls hit to their left and right is inexcusable and infuriating. Same with OF seemingly always starting in the wrong direction or not moving at all when you're trying to move them toward the ball. I appreciate wanting to punish bad fielders so players take defense into account, but they really messed this up. I'm super sick of losing games because a fielder won't move.
