May Monthly - can't exchange Set 1 Cards

I have some of the cards but they won't let me exchange it. Anyone know why?

Because you already collected them in set collections ??

Are you using any of them in your lineups? Maybe Mini Seasons?

No it's just greyed out. It has the price in like a green color. I have some of the cards but can't exchange them. It's ok, I finished the program now without it.

Why would you exchange a card that worth 10K in stubs?
Also if the picture is grayed out that means you either don't have that card or if you do have the card it was already collected or it's in a lineup.

So I just exchanged two set 2 cards for the July program working towards Cody Bellinger…I have 3-5 other set 2 cards that are all grayed out. I’m confused. They aren’t in any lineups, and I haven’t done anything with them.

Were they program rewards?there was a problem with ppl accidentally exchanging program rewards a few years ago,so those might not be possible to exchange
