Yeah there is time it happens most often……When you least expect it to happen. That’s why they’re called flash sales.

It wouldn't surprise me if it happens on July 4th since majority of players will be off work.

You can purchase through the app, and with them being on west coast and how the game updates these will always start at 12pm pacific/3pm eastern... there really isn't a way around that.

I realize that but I can't always access the app while I'm working, and don't regularly check while at work anyways.

Yeah that's just how it is... I think the only exception might be for Christmas... other than that everything else happens during the normal update time.
