TA Mini seasons playoffs stuck at awards screen

So I’ve been having this problem for a couple months now and I figured that SDS would’ve fixed this by now. Whenever I get through a mini season, there’s an automatic awards screen for the season that I have to skip through in order to play my next game, the problem is I can’t hold A to skip. I’ve tried looking up solutions for this problem but haven’t came across one. What I’ve tried doing which has worked in the past is 1.) play a mini season game that’s not in the same Mini season you are going for (ex. Going for TA 2, but playing a game in classic mode) 2.) After said game, I take out my controllers batteries and put them back in. 3.) quit out of the application 4.) turn off the console (do this by holding down the power button for 10 seconds) 5.) leave the console off for at least 10 minutes. After this lengthy procedure the problem could get fixed if not I’ll leave the game alone for the night and hope the next day it just fixes itself which also sometimes happens. Does anyone have any type of solution?? I just want to finish TA.

Do you have a Bluetooth headset? If so, turn it off as well as your controller, and then turn your controller back on first and it should work.
