Question sds.The same way you guys added a runner on 2nd base during extra innings.Is it posible maybe you could add Challenge button now? Because there’s been few moment where i been safe and the umpire Angel Her nandez calls me out.

Would probably slow the game down and people would find a way to abuse it.

I think some people will like it.But could be a way where you could only use it once.

Can you challenge plays anymore? I don’t see the option in settings this year and they don’t come up on my franchise.

It probably would not make a difference. The game calculated you were out, just because the animation did not sync up with the call does not mean you were actually safe or that the game would overrule itself based on the animation over the simulated result.

I see what you are saying here and it makes sense, but...
[Now you are forcing me to do something I hate which is to compare this game to Madden!]
...Madden does have a challenge system where it sometimes will overturn a call that it had made in its simulation of game play animations.
I still don't see a play challenge happening in this game though!

Adding a challenge to the game would probably result in the player losing all the challenges. Unlike the real game, this is a program and the game most likely gets the calls correct. On the flip side, j swear my players are always safe at 2nd base on steal attempts. What I would like to see added is the max throw over to 1st Base set at 2 attempts, [censored] AI always knows when to throw over, right as I lead off

... OR ... hear me out ... Since we have computers and machines making the call instead of human beings, we can get it right the first time and make challenges irrelevant.

I think Angel Hernandez would disapprove of that idea as that removes him from being a part of the game outcome and he would end up suing the MLB again!

I can't see "Challenge" coming into play in Diamond Dynasty but I believe if you play Franchise there are moments where the opportunity to challenge a play gets triggered in certain situations.

Hey does 23 not have the option like was in 22 where you can select the umpires tendencies? If so maybe just set it to ‘perfect’ or whatever it’s called? I’d check myself but I’ve only got 3 minutes left in my trial version and I’m saving that for the Keith Hernandez vs Mothra moment.
