I'm at 201 now and 7 cards left to get from TA. I don't know how I'm supposed to get the remaining 52 cards without spending money (which I will not do).
I was able to complete every single set last year without spending money, although I did have to flip a lot of cards at the end to make stubs. That seems to be unlikely so far this year.
I'm really hoping this isn't the beginning of the end for NMS on the Show. Madden trended that way in the last 5 years and it made me walk away from it completely.

Slow flip rate? Margins have opened up since the start of the stub sale, and the market is pretty active. I've made a minimum of 500k since Friday. I'm pretty sure it's actually a lot more than that, but it's hard to say since I've kept many of the cards I was flipping.

At 247 of 260. I’m waiting to see if BR and Ranked Rewind packs become a thing, and if some of those Set One choice packs make their way into rewards paths.
BR cards are core cards
Not the Flawless reward cards, and that’s what would be in Rewind packs if there are any.

When the stub stale started I had 4-5 cards I was actively flipping at one time. Now I'm up to around 20 since I keep investing the profit into new cards to flip. Basically, it takes money to make money, but you can start small and work your way up.
I'm not going to give you specific players I'm flipping right now since I still plan on flipping a lot for the rest of the week, but I'll tell you a few guys I used as recently as yesterday that I have since "retired" by keeping the card and moving on to someone new.
Benny has a Buy Price of 18989 (17008 after tax) with a sell price of 15780. That would be a profit of 1228. That's a bit on the smaller side (it was around 2-4K when I started flipping him), but his card moves at a quick pace so you can make a decent amount assuming you are checking your notifications and resetting orders each time they go through. I was flipping that card along with the other base rounds from that pack (Little Louie, Mal Tiempo, Terminator, Maximus) for a while.
I have also been flipping some captain cards. I bought one for 48,500 and sold for 60999 (6400 profit after tax) and that took about an hour to get through both the buy and sell process. These take more time, but you make more per transaction. It's a better method when you are busy and want to set your orders and then check on them later. I wouldn't suggest these until you have a decent stub bank.
A few more suggestions:
- Diversify your investments. Sometimes the margin on a specific card dries up, or too many other flippers move in which slows the process down to a crawl. You want to have multiple options going at once for a constant flow of new stubs coming in.
- Never flip a card you would be upset about keeping. Sometimes the value of a card can shift enough that you could lose money selling. In that situation, I usually just keep the card and move on to something else since I like to collect everything anyway. I only flip one of a specific card at a time for this same reason.
- Stop flipping about an hour before big content drops, like programs or Chase packs. The market typically drops when the new shiny cards are available. It's a good time to sell everything off, and then buy back when the market dips.
-
I finished Set 1 and hopefully will Set 2. Even it you get all the free cards you’re going to have to buy some. I don’t remember how many. The XP bonus spins helped me a lot.

Thanks boss. Maybe my problem is that I'm spoiled. I don't know if I have the tolerance to flip for only a 3-5k profit. I only started flipping at the end of last year, when I was making 10k plus

I think I am 20 or so card away. Could have easily completed it during season one, but I changed my approach from previous years and started selling off most anything that wasn't locked in or part of my RS lineup. I will probably do the same from here on out and just keep a set of stubs to use on cards of the current season. Once packs start showing up more places I will lock in some more, but for me it isn't worth flipping all the time to lock in cards that will expire.

What's the fastest way to clear your binder of Golds and lower? Do you just use the app and quick sell duplicates?
One thing I'll give Madden credit for, is that they made binder management so much easier year over year. Both in the way you sold items and added them to sets. You could select up to 100 cards at once to quick sell in one move. That would be great here
