Showdowns so hard?

I must suck because I can’t even beat the Mexico one still. Get mad and turn the game off for a week. Play little then try a showdown and quit again. Rinse and repeat.

They're not easy. The key is getting runners on base & balancing speed & power. I suggest start off drafting 90+ speed guys then 90+ power & getting the rally time, eagle eye & bunt cheese badges. Bunt your way on base w/ the speedsters at the top then aim for XBH with your power guys in the middle. Take pitches- work 2-1, 3-2 counts. The more tired the pitchers are the more meatballs you throw.
This isnt a mode you can beat in 5 min so patience is key

Yeah, TA 2 East is giving me a hard time. I’ve made it to the final showdown 4 times and come up tied or 1 run shy, but I also skip the showdown before the final one too, don’t wanna risk it lol. Everything I hit is good, it’s just always to someone. I might try again but I played enough of a mini season to get 10 vouchers to use for my East points instead.
