SDS: Mays Captain Question

Cap Willie Mays boosts hitters from the 50's and 60's. However, Stan Musial played from 1941-1963 and does not receive a boost.
Kiner 1946-1955, Monte Irvin 1949-1956, Duke Snider 1947-1964 all receive the boost.
Is this a mistake?

No. Each card is from a specific year, so you got to look at the age and add it to the birth year (that is the way Cbrev mentioned it in one of his videos —> https://youtu.be/iprK1bTfyV8 at about 5:40).
In case of Stan: He was born in 1920. His age on the card is 27. So the card is from 1947 and therefore he is not eligable.
Kiner is kinda weird, born in 1922, age 27 (I looked at his prime card).
Irvin: 1919 with age 32 —> 1951
