12-0 Run but Didn't get the banner or rewards

Tonight like 20 minutes ago, I went 12-0 for the first time and mickey mantle carried not gonna lie, but when I went 12-0 it never gave me the rare or flawless pack it gave me the 9 win reward so if anyone else had this issue can you lmk what to do thank you.

Second...Hopefully this gets resolved soon for you. Unfortunately it make take awhile because SDS is probably taking a four-day weekend with tomorrow off as I believe this is why the content dropped on Thursday this week instead of Friday.

Your last four games show 4 wins (ironically Tarik Skubal is 1-0 in each game) and the fifth game shows you lost.
Then it shows you won the previous 7 games. Then before those 7 are two Ranked games. Then a Co-op game. Then 35 CPU games. Then before those a loss in a BR game.
Then 2 wins and 2 losses.
That goes all the way back to the 22.
So unless games aren't showing, or you went 12-0 more than 4-5 days ago, you may need to check your math.

No, I took a picture of it, In my game log its showing all 12 games and the picture I Have shows 12 wins and the other one has it where they only gave me the rewards up to the 9 wins

To post an image, you have to type in an exclamation point "!"...then both open and closed brackets "[]"...the a URL in parenthesis"(URL)"...all of that altogether with no spaces.

I'm not saying you didn't. I'm just saying that the games aren't showing in your Game History.
Your best bet is to put in a Bug Report/Support ticket. Because if some of your games aren't showing up; SDS has a way to see those games and they'll be able to fix them.

I'm not saying you didn't. I'm just saying that the games aren't showing in your Game History.

Yeah that's what I did with 3 images, 1 of the 12-0 and then 1 of the rewards it gave me which was only up to 9 wins and what my screen showed in the regular BR screen with 0 loses again hopefully they can fix it

i can update you. It’s been a week since they told me it was sent to the investigation team. Still haven’t heard back and anytime i ask what’s going on Miguel keeps marking it as solved yet I’m still missing everything love to see the treatment from SDS
