Unable to Train Anymore!?

I am a SP in RTTS, and right around the all star break, the weekly training exercises and interactions just stopped showing up. Now, instead of playing through a start, then having the trainings, it just skips to the next start and I cannot increase my stats. Please help!

Odd, is it a carry-over save from 19 or a newly created player in 20?

It’s a new game & player from 20. It’s happened on 2 different characters so far. It kept happening on my first player, so I deleted it and started a new RTTS and it’s now happening again.

That's really weird. Hopefully it's happening to others as well (because that would give it traction in terms of having it fixed). Have you submitted a bug report? I don't want to advise reinstalling but maybe that might do the trick; I can't think of anything else that would help. My starting pitcher hasn't had that issue.
I'd give reinstalling a go; perhaps afterwards sim to the all star break to see if it works and if so, then start a new one and give it a go to see if it still happens.
Sorry I couldn't be much help, let us know if you try the above and what happens if you do.

I've had the same situation once. But after another two or three outings, it became normal again. Maybe you can simulate some games to find out.

I tried simulating the next few months and it didn’t help, I suppose I’ll try to reinstall it. I won’t lose any of my stubs or anything I’ve accumulated will I?
And yes, I submitted a bug report awhile ago when it happened the first time, and got the standard “thanks for your report, we’ll pass this along” message. -

After reinstall you could try continuing that save but may as well start a new one if you’re ok with it. Keep us updated.

I'm going thru it now, in June my training stopped and hasn't continued even after 3 weeks as a starting pitcher. I have a carry over from 19 as a RF and the SP is a new one and it's happened on both.

Yea, that’s what’s been happening to me. I don’t know what the problem is. What version of the game do you have? I wonder if that has anything to do with it. I got the MVP edition preorder.

Probably doesn’t make a difference as the only differences between all the versions were additional stubs and packs etc. Although Stranger Things have happened!

Same thing happened to two different SPs I've created from scratch this year as well.
The issue happened right around end of June/beginning of July of their first season for both characters. I've tried simming them to the end of the season but no luck. I didn't try asking for a trade but I might as well try that as well. And the only reason i started that 2nd SP was the hope the bug wouldn't carry over to the new character, lol.

Yea, same here. I only tried the 2nd character because this happened to the 1st. I’m trying with a 3rd now after deleting all files and reinstalling. We’ll see how it goes. Did you pass this along to Sony as well? I’m hoping the more people they get to complain about this, the better chance they’ll actually look into it and fix/patch it.

I’m having the same issue since late September of my first year. Went all through Spring Training and I’m in June & have only gotten Clubhouse and Rivalry in months. Really frustrating! I’ve got changes I’d like to make & I’m stuck. Wondering if I need to just abandon this player and start over
