Can only switch between 2 RTTS players?

On Xbox Series X, we have the max of 10 RTTS players but for some reason, it will won't let me scroll through players. I'm trying to delete a few of the players but hitting the right and left arrows on the profile screen does nothing. So I'm really only able to access the player that's active or the next inactive player (2 of the 10)
Am I doing something wrong? Appreciate any help in advance! Thanks!
